The objective of this project is to redesign a commonlyused drinking glass by identifying its issues and developing an innovative final concept.

The CYGNEGLASS preserves the elegance of the original design while enhancing visual stability with a wider base, evoking the grace of a swan that maintains its position on the water by moving its feet. The significant difference between the upper and lower sections of the traditional drinking glass gives it a light and unstable appearance. By rethinking the lines and shapes, I added visual weight to the base while retaining the refined aesthetic. This glass is available in four light shades as well as a slightly tinted transparent version.
